Combining hot and cold exposure yields some of the best recovery and wellness benefits. While everyone has a unique practice, we’ve put together the following contrast therapy protocol to help provide some guidance!
Heat up in our dry Finnish-style sauna. Settle into the discomfort and strive for 15 minutes of heat exposure, but as always, listen to your body!
Heat up
Jump in! After rinsing off in our outdoor shower take the plunge with the goal of submerging your shoulders and staying in for 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
Cool Down
Relax
Take a beat. After completing your first sauna + ice bath session you’ve earned a break. Take a seat, drink some water and get ready for round 2 or 3!
